Condition and Return Policy
Since not all figure packaging comes in perfect condition direct from the factory, there may be packaging imperfections at the time of shipment.
Packaged figures are typically bubble-wrapped prior to shipment to best protect them during transit.
We will do our best to accomodate mint package requests for buyers who wish to keep and display their figures in the packaging, provided we are made aware at the time an order is placed. If current inventory does not allow us to accmodate this request, buyer will be notified prior to shipment.
Figures sold in the package may not be returned once opened.

Please note that since we cannot guarantee package condition on delivery, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for damaged package product returns.
Orders for in stock items can be cancelled by request within 24 hours of purchase provided they have not already entered the shipping process.
Orders for preorder items can be cancelled by request within 24 hours of purchase. After that, preorder quantities have been allocated for your order.
Orders for preorder items can be cancelled by request if the target ship date that was provided when the order was placed has been missed or extended.
Preorder items with no target ship date originally given can be cancelled if not fulfilled within 30 days of full mainstream product release by the manufacturer.
Preorder items with no target ship date originally given can be cancelled prior to this point in exchange for store credit in the full amount of the original order.
